HOW DO WE DRIVE SOCIAL INNOVATION?

This project involved developing and facilitating a half-day design thinking workshop for a Social Innovation Working Group comprised of both private and public sector individuals, convened by Auckland Council.

The objective of the session was to define the vision for the group what would be required to run this vision into reality.

A fundamental principle of any initiative that this group developed moving forward was that it needed to be environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable.

One of the exercises was to storyboard possible futures for the working group and what it might achieve. The next stage in the process was to work out what would be required to bring those visions to life in the real world.
