A wide range of simple, clear insights and actions emerged from the co-design workshops.

This work was to help StatsNZ figure out how to reach the ‘hard-to-reach’.

Surprisingly, we were able to tee up and conduct a series in-depth, in-home interviews, analysed the key themes emerging from these, and then ran a series of co-design workshops across the country that enabled us to build a very clear picture of what actions were required by StatsNZ to more effectively reach this group.
