The team working on mapping out who the key stakeholders impacted by the partnership are, and how they might effectively invite them into the conversation and egnage them in the broader suite of activites the partenrship undertakes.
For this project we were engaged through Better By Design to help Orion Health and the Waitemata District Health Board map out a clear framework and areas of focus for a successful human centered design and innovation partnership.
The engagement took the form of a series of carefully structured workshops to help both teams work out what what, how, when and where of the partnership, including areas of focus and governance arrangements.
