The Distillery was engaged by OCG to help them improve their value proposition and customer experience.
The project comprised: video interviews with clients, consultants and candidates; industry and trend research into new offerings and business models, both within recruiting and in suitably analogous industries; and interviews and conversations with industry experts.
The work culminated in a very successful two day research-led design thinking workshop focused on distilling what OCG needs to do in the future to meet the needs of their clients, candidates and consultants, and how they might best make those changes.
