Rata Foundation is a charitable foundation based in Christchurch. The Distillery was engaged to help the senior leadership team work through a new strategic direction with staff, to help them both explore and understand the implications for what people were doing and how they were doing it, as well as how the chosen direction related to the stated organisational values.

Thereafter we worked through a series of capability building workshops over the period of six months to help staff develop skills in co-design, courageous conversations and influencing change, amongst others, in order to help them bring the strategic direction to life.
