Following the successful delivery of similar staff and leadership capability build programmes with Auckland City Libraries in 2016 and 2017, we were engaged by Christchurch City Libraries in 2019 to develop and deliver both a Co-Design Capability Build Programme, and programme to help leaders in the business Lead for Creativity & Innovation.

The programmes ran in parallel to support each other, and were structured as a series of half-day and one day workshops over a period of six months.

The Distillery has been engaged to deliver another iteration of this programme. Unfortunately, at the time of writing, this has been delayed by Covid-19.
