OPERATIONS DIVISION

This client for this project was Capability Group. The Distillery was engaged by Capability Group to develop and then facilitate a design thinking workshop for the Operations Division of Auckland Council to help them clearly define a shared purpose and shared vision for the operations Division as a whole.

The session was very fast-paced, and run over a three-hour period for seventy-five people. This meant that attention to detail in the preparation of the workshop process, stimulus material and exercise templates was critically important to make it all run smoothly.

The session was well-received and delivered valuable insights.
